Cybersecurity Student & IT Professional

I am a Cybersecurity student at Messiah University with hands-on experience in IT support, web development, and security operations. My passion for technology and commitment to helping others has led me to create IT At Home, providing reliable and personalized IT support to homes and students in the Mechanicsburg and Lancaster County areas.

Current Roles & Experience

Security Operations Center (SOC) Intern: At Messiah University, I work with live data and security tools like Graylog, gaining practical experience as a security analyst and protecting university systems.

Coastline Capital LLC: I manage on-site IT needs, network setup, and service integration, while contributing to web development projects for this growing company.

Teaching Assistant & Lab Technician: I support computer science and cybersecurity students at Messiah University while helping build and maintain dedicated computer lab and server infrastructure for academic programs.

Cyber Camp Counselor: I've taught students about physical cybersecurity threats, including malicious USB devices, juice jacking, and other security scenarios through hands-on activities and group discussions.

My Journey

My IT career began at Penn Manor School District, where I worked as a Help Desk Specialist for nearly two years. During this time, I repaired hundreds of computers for students and staff, addressing everything from hardware issues (CMOS, SSDs, CPUs, RAM, screens, motherboards) to software problems. This experience gave me a strong foundation in troubleshooting and technical support.

In January 2024, I founded IT At Home to bring personalized IT solutions directly to clients. I developed a custom website and backend system to manage scheduling and appointments, and I personally travel to client locations to resolve their IT issues and provide technical support.
